2. Submit your paper in ASSYST (Download instructions in PDF format)

• Register for an ASSYST account

Please visit ASSYST to register for an ASSYST account. Upon you are registered, a password will be emailed to you.


• Submit your paper

You can login at ASSYST and follow the instructions to submit your paper.

3. Register for the Conference

If your paper is accepted, you will be asked to register for the conference.

• One author for each paper must register at a non-student rate, even if all authors are students.
• One registration covers two papers for those authors who have multiple papers accepted.
• Please go to the Registration page to register for the conference.
• IMPORTANT: Your paper will not be included in the proceedings unless you have successfully registered.

4. Final Paper Submission (Download instructions in DOC format)

• Please also upload your camera-ready manuscript to ASSYST. The deadline for uploading your camera-ready manuscript is July 31, 2009 (extended).
